Hiring Supervisor - Facility Management
Education : Bachelors degree in science, Engineering, or any other field with relevant experience.
Experience :
05 to 10 Years relevant experience in facility maintenance of factory building. Day to day operations including preventive maintenance, supervising housekeeping and gardening, civil construction works.
Gender Male
Age 30 to 40 years
Scope of Position and general requirements:
This position is to perform the role of supervising housekeeping, parking, canteen, gardening, and civil works. Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting preventive maintenance. Coordinate with all the service providers to complete the facility management tasks such as construction, plumbing, painting and repair works.
Key result areas
Coordinate with all the service providers to complete the facility management tasks such as construction, plumbing, painting, and civil repair works.
Ensuring that infrastructure facilities are well-maintained and conducting preventive maintenance on periodic basis.
Supervising visitor management & maintain hospitality service in co-ordination with HR team
Prepare and update checklists and SOPs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis with respect to Housekeeping, Canteen, Gardening & Building maintenance etc.
Supervising building construction activities and repair works
Supervising housekeeping cleaning works and maintain as per company standards/schedules
Supervising canteen functions
Supervising security functions
Timely maintenance of garden plants, landscapes & garden materials.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of general facility maintenance
Operating requirements and safety precautions related to infrastructure facilities management.
Preventive maintenance skills
Good communication skill
Good Negotiation Skills
Project management skill and leadership skills for manpower management
Decision making and problem-solving skills
