The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data pipelines, huge excel databases
- connecting with clients and having constant follow up with candidates
- Proficient on working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ability to source profiles from various portals without wastage.
- Being super-active on Social Media Platforms (Linkedin / Facebook etc) and able to source candidates through them.
- Excellent communication skills / comfortable with connecting with candidates at different seniority levels.
- Well-read and in the habit of keeping him / her abreast with all the key happening / terms / trends in the industry.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and growing setup.

- No Naukri dependence to source prfiles
- People who have largely worked on mid level Sales Profiles in FMCG / FMCD / BFSI and Technical roles (non IT) expertise preferred
