Operation Manager JD Event Operations Experience: 5+ yrs Planning & Managing all Production & Operation requirements Should have fabrication and AV knowledge Ensure flawless event management and event execution for all projects. Build and Manage vendor relationship PAN India. Front end clients, execute events (link removed) Should be able to create an estimate excel pre event and closure sheet post event. Should be prompt in responding to all servicing enquiries Oversee end to end Event operations , from the brief to post event summary Work in Sync with Client Servicing & Business teams (link removed) Centralization of briefs and delegation of jobs and responsibilities. Must HAVE knowledge of Sounds/Light/AV/Console Management/Virtual event / hybrid event Knowledge of New Technologies, artist, venue and vendors. Vendor Management Create an effective and viable preferred vendor list (link removed) Vendor Finalization for each event( based on the size of the event). Managing vendor relationship
