Designation: Manager - Taxation:
Qualification required:Qualified Chartered Accountant/Semi Qualified
Soft Skills:
Should be well versed in both Direct & Indirect Taxation
Good in preparation of presentations
Very good communication skills
Fluent in MS Office applications
Experience:
Should have minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience and for semi qualified 5yrs post qualification in a reputed corporate in the similar field.
Minimum expectation includes the following:
Advance Tax/Deferred Tax/Normal Tax/MAT Computation and finalization
Tax deduction/Collection at source
Employee Taxation
Tax Planning
24Q/26Q/27Q/27EQ and other quarterly statements filing
Tax Audit coordination and Filing of ITR
26AS Reconciliation
Drafting replies to Notices under Direct Tax Laws
Filing of GSTR-1/GSTR-3B/GSTR-9 & 9C
Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with financial books
Coordinating GST Audit
Coordinating GST departmental audit/AG Audit
Liasoning with Tax Authorities - both State and Central
Liasoning with consultants
Drafting replies to Notices under Indirect Tax Laws
Coordinating Statutory Audit/Internal Audit from taxation perspective
Handling assessments/appeal proceedings
