Location: Mumbai
1.Process Optimization:
-Reduce TAT for Invoice processing and payment clearance
-Robust audit process: ensuring how invoices flow, signed by brand manager, verification of supporting, etc. Set up a process for the same.
2. Billing Process and MIS:
-Ensure all received invoices are raised on a timely basis
-MoM Budget vs spends sheet to be maintained
-Maintain accuracy in bifurcations of invoices to be charged to AMC and Mutual Fund,further bifurcated in Investor Education and Product.Maintain accurate MIS for digital marketing spends along with category, subcategory etc
-Post approval, transfer invoices to finance for Payments in given time.
3. Finance and Vendor Management POC
-Co-ordinate with Finance team regarding payments and resolving queries of finance, if any.
-Resolve vendor queries regarding TDS and GST.
-Share updates with vendors on payment status
-Timely registration of vendors
