ABDS, Inc. is currently seeking for a Lead RPA Business Analyst. Position: Lead RPA Business Analyst Location: Remote. Job Description: Managing requirements at the project level can help fulfill business needs. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking. Understand business needs of the requirements. Capture the requirements and prioritize them along with the respective stakeholders. Break the requirements into smaller tasks or stories based on necessity. Prepare the requirement traceability matrix and maintain it. Create user story documents with reference to the traceability matrix created. Capture the acceptance for all the requirements. Work on gap analysis between two versions for client upgrades. First point of contact for all the requirement related clarifications. Partner with stake holders on project requirements, expectations, and timelines Responsible for the establishment and management of project methodology, incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation and reporting that fits the needs of the project Work closely with the internal teams to prepare agile project management plan, build product backlog, prioritize requirements and ensure timely project delivery Conduct Scrum Daily standup, Product backlog, Sprint Planning & Sprint Review Determine team capacity (velocity), create work break down structure (user stories), burndown charts etc. Effectively communicate with the stakeholders and management to provide timely updates on the risk, dependencies and project status Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
