We have an exciting opportunity to be a founding member of the GBS Project Management Services which will be created and mobilised in Q4 2023. Our vision is to create and deliver a global Project Management Service that will deliver real business benefit through responding to the ongoing internal business demand for high-quality project management skillsets and capabilities across the company, whilst also retaining and iterating the knowledge we gain. We will set the highest quality standard and work together to achieve critical goals on-time, on-budget, and in adherence with standard methodology and tools delivering value across the organization.The Capability Design Lead is responsible for leading the evolution of the standard delivery methodology, process definition, tool selection, and chargeback model for the new Project Management Service. In addition, you will deliver and evolve a comprehensive onboarding and training programme to rapidly onboard, train, and support the scale of the new service throughout 2024. This is a great opportunity to have a critical voice in designing the high-level strategy and evolving the detailed processes of a transformational service for the AZ enterprise. Typical Accountabilities 1. You will gather and document business requirements for service delivery across the key customer stakeholders2. You will lead the project team and key leadership through the exercise of prioritizing requirements and service design3. You will lead the evolution and incremental design of the Project Management Services standard project management methodology, tools, and processes4. You will lead the evolution and delivery of a customized onboarding programme for the Delivery Team5. You will lead the evolution and delivery of a customized onboarding programme for the Enduring Operations Team6. You will partner with Procurement leadership to evolve and deliver an onboarding programme for the third party delivery suppliers7. You will be responsible for the evolution and implementation of the chargeback model to properly invoice the business for service delivery, with inputs provided by the Enduring Operations and Delivery Teams, such as resource allocation, timeline, and level8. You will be responsible for the seamless internal invoicing of the business for service delivery for all projects through the scaled roll-out9. You will support the creation of and track the overall Project Management Services qualitative and quantitative performance metrics for both the Delivery and Enduring Operations Team10. You will maintain and support the evolution of the operating model and RACI for the Project Management Services teamEssential Desirable Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, or Healthcare-related major 10+ years experience in a combination of project/programme management, process design, and/or training and onboardingDemonstration of strong, communication and relationship building skills with experience in collaborating and sharing knowledge between teamsAbility to clearly articulate complex concepts to ensure understanding and alignmentAbility to interpret unstructured information into business requirements Ability to build consensus when faced with unclear solutions or opposing viewpointsExperience in onboarding large amounts of people to a new organization in a structured wayExperience in creating a training program and ongoing professional development frameworkExcellent business engagement and business acumen with sensitivity to internal and external political/economic environmentSignificant experience and skill presenting in front of leadership level clients through written and verbal channelsProject Management Certification Management Consulting experience Pharmaceutical or equivalent global & complex organization experience; experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines
