Experience in successful collaborative efforts to execute a change management process. Possess in-depth knowledge of each line of business in order to anticipate necessary changes related to training, communications, stakeholder buy-in, behavioral change to facilitate successful implementation of software applications and systemsLevel 2: Overall experience of 4 to 7 years of experience in IT operations with solid Change Management knowledge. At least 3 years experience in change management, based on ITIL principles and practices. In addition, good knowledge on other ITSM processes. Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining rigorous check points while constantly and consistently ensuring projects stay on time, within budget and meets quality standardsCoordinates testing and communication strategies. Proven service management background based on ITIL principles and practices. Prosci or Change Management Advance Practitioner (CMAP) credential (preferred but not requiredOther duties as assigned.
