Kindly share resume at At least 8 years of experience in Confluent Kafka, Java, Spring Boot, TIBCO, and other related skills. The primary focus of this role is to redesign and reengineer TIBCO messaging and integration flows into Kafka and other technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, microservices) while demonstrating strong hands-on development skills in Kafka. Minimum 8 years of integration experience in the retail industry. Minimum 6 years of experience working specifically with Confluent Kafka, Java, and Spring Boot. Strong knowledge of integration architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Proven expertise in redesigning and reengineering TIBCO flows into Confluent Kafka architecture. Solid understanding of messaging systems, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing. Hands-on development experience in Confluent Kafka, including topics, partitions, producers, consumers, and Kafka Streams. Proficient in Java development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot. Familiarity with TIBCO technologies, such as TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO EMS. Experience with other related technologies, such as Apache Kafka, Avro, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
