Job Title: Financial Workday Analyst

POSITION REQUIRES PRIOR WORKDAY EXPERIENCE.

Job Summary: The Finance Workday Analyst will play a crucial role in the optimization, maintenance, and support of our financial systems, with a primary focus on Workday Financial Management. This individual will collaborate closely with the finance department to streamline processes, implement system enhancements, and ensure the effective utilization of Workday functionalities.

Responsibilities:

1. 
   

   Workday Configuration and Optimization:

   
   
   
   
   • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and configure Workday Financial Management to meet those needs.
   
   
   • Identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements, implementing changes as necessary.
   
   
   
   


2. 
   

   User Support and Training:

   
   
   
   
   • Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries related to Workday functionalities.
   
   
   • Develop and conduct training sessions for finance team members to enhance their proficiency in using Workday.
   
   
   
   


3. 
   

   System Upgrades and Enhancements:

   
   
   
   
   • Stay current with Workday releases and updates, evaluating new features and functionalities for potential adoption.
   
   
   • Lead or assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.

   Reporting and Analytics:

   
   
   
   
   • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards within Workday to support the finance team's reporting requirements.
   
   
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial information.

   Data Integrity and Compliance:

   
   
   
   
   • Monitor and maintain data integrity within Workday, implementing controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
   
   
   • Work closely with the finance and IT teams to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
   
   
   
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Workday Analyst with a focus on financial modules.


• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.


• Experience with system upgrades and project management is a plus.

Compensation:

$90,000 to $115,000 dependent on education and experience.
