Resident Services Coordinator (Part-Time/ Weekends)
Location: Rio Rancho 87144 near the Rio Rancho Events Center
Reports To: Community Manager
Job Summary for the Resident Services Coordinator: Are you ready to be the hero of our client's Rio Ranch0 community? As the Resident Services Superstar, you'll be the friendly face everyone turns to for help and support. From greeting residents with a smile to keeping our common areas sparkling clean, you'll play a vital role in creating a happy and vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities for the Resident Services Coordinator:
- Spread joy by being the go-to person for resident needs and inquiries.
- Keep things looking spick and span with daily checks of our common areas.
- Bring your energy and enthusiasm to tackle any other tasks that come your way.
Schedule and Compensation for the Resident Services Coordinator:
- Part-time position, working Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm(link removed)>
- Hourly pay rate of $17 per hour.
Requirements for the Resident Services Coordinator:
- Bring your high school diploma or equivalent.
- Show off your superpowers with at least one solid year of customer service experience.
