We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative. This position offers the opportunity to engage with customers, handle inquiries, and contribute to the success of our business.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to inbound calls and emails, providing accurate information on pricing, products, and delivery or directing inquiries to the appropriate department.

  • Efficiently process customer orders received via phone and email.

  • Manage and organize incoming leads, qualifying their interest and nurturing them towards a decision through consistent follow-ups.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and suggest additional products or services to current customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Handle payment processing and ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts.

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, documenting incidents and categorizing any reported defects or errors.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal departments to achieve sales targets and ensure seamless operations.

  • Undertake various projects as assigned by other departments.



Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend effective solutions.

  • Knowledge of business-to-business sales and general business best practices.



Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with Netsuite Oracle ERP.

  • Previous experience in domestic and international shipping.

  • A background in general office work.
