We are currently seeking an Director of HR to work for a client in the Albuquerque, NM area(link removed)>

Job Duties:

Support staff and management needs by being an effective conduit of communication between management and employee for day to day optimal performance.

Performs recruitment and selection activities and coordinate New Hire Employee Orientation.

Monitors corrective action.

Coordinates Education and Training programs.

Provides records management, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy for each personnel record.

Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations related to personnel administration, including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA, OSHA and Compensation Benefits.

Qualifications:

At least five years of experience as a Human Resource Director, preferably in the field of rehabilitation/habilitation MA/MS.

Participation in recent continuing education programs related to Human Resources, per licensing requirements.

Strong Project Management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience working in high performance teams and performing as a proven strong team player.

Effective oral and written communication skills.
