We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Specialist to join our client's team. As a VDC Specialist, you will play a crucial role in integrating digital technologies into the construction process, optimizing project efficiency, and ensuring the successful implementation of Virtual Design and Construction methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes throughout the project lifecycle.


• Generate accurate 3D models and construction drawings using industry-standard software.


• Conduct clash detection analyses and collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve design conflicts.


• Utilize VDC technologies to enhance project visualization and communication.


• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including models, drawings, and schedules.


• Provide training and support to project teams on VDC tools and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.


• Proven experience in Virtual Design and Construction within the construction industry.


• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.


• Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.
