We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our client's team. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for ensuring accurate and timely shipments and deliveries, we want to hear from you! There are Full and Part Time positions available Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damages
- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation
- Coordinate with carriers for pick-up and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and vendors regarding shipment statuses
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and shipping software
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and regulations is a plus
