We have an immediate opening for a Production Manager and a Shift Supervisor(link removed)
Compensation is $70 - $110k base + Bonus paid yearly. - We pay more for spot on experience and strong lean manufacturing skills in the printing and packaging industry!
Company is $200+ million with 4 plants and growing to $300 million in next 5 years with no debit, new equipment, and a product that is in high demand. Custom printed, high color with specialty finishing, variable data, matching and technology integration into the final product.
This position is responsible for leading and managing crews on our fleet of presses, and support crews in a fast paced environment running 2 shifts moving to a 3rd over the next year. A candidate would have manager or supervisors experience;
- Experience with w/40" or larger multi-colored presses.
- Experience die cutting, folding, gluing, match mailing, card affixing, variable data
- A minimum of 3 years supervisor or management experience.
Experience with printing, die cutting, folding, laminating, direct mail production, folding cartons or related product production is a must as technical knowledge and experience is desired, this is not a learn as you go role!
