Establish equipment performance expectations and measure overall performance.

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for proactive issue resolution.

Optimize preventive maintenance tasks, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans.

Coordinate major overhauls and quality repairs to critical rotating equipment.

Troubleshoot equipment problems, conduct root cause failure analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with production for reliability improvements, integrating the rotating equipment program with the OEE process.

BS in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years of reliability engineering experience.

Minimum of 3 years experience from the Chemical or Oil & Gas refinery industry.

Proven performance leading rotating equipment programs.

Expert knowledge of rotating equipment and industry best practices.

Familiarity with specialty equipment and predictive technologies.

Strong problem-solving abilities and written/verbal communication skills.
