Key Responsibilities:



Be a driving force in business development support for the United States subsidiaries.


Develop and execute financial and strategic development objectives for subsidiaries.


Monitor business development, collaborate with management, and determine improvement measures.


Lead budgeting and planning processes to ensure financial goals are met.


Develop, execute, and maintain cost/performance accounting for effective financial management.


Identify growth potential, process efficiencies, and potential business/compliance risks.


Cultivate a strong personal network with global contacts, contributing to the company's international presence.


Travel 4-6 times per year to various locations, fostering in-person collaboration and understanding.


Actively participate in monthly review meetings with corporate board members.



Qualifications:



Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA or CPA preferred.


5+ years of leading accounting and finance teams in a manufacturing environment.


Excellent knowledge of finance and investment management.


Extensive understanding of business models in the manufacturing industry.


International experience and intercultural competence highly desired.


Ability to travel 25-35%, as necessary.


Commitment to high quality standards, combined with a pragmatic approach, and a down-to-earth character.
