Professional recruiting organization, a staple in the community for 25 years, seeks an Account Executive to help foster current and ongoing workforce client projects while hunting, prospecting, and securing new clients. As a workforce solutions company, you are working with diverse industries to help solve recruiting, contract staffing, or termination services with key business decision makers. Account Executive Responsibilities: The Account Executive is responsible for driving the full life-cycle sales process by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing, penetrating, and leveraging existing relationships. Additional duties include the following:
Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers within prospect accounts in order to secure new business opportunities and maintain existing relations.
Identify opportunities that broaden the scope of services offered to existing client base.
- Devise and implement marketing strategies, fostering opportunities with new targeted client companies.
Maintain a high standard of service within new and existing accounts to ensure continued business.
Work in close conjunction with client human resources and directly with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure clean hand-off to the recruitment team to execute on projects(link removed)
Account Executive Requirements: Four-year college degree in a business-related discipline or a combination of 5 years of applicable relevant sales development and account management. Demonstrated experience and education in professional service industries. Success Factors include Impressionable communication skills that include phone, written, and pitch presentations. Market and Database research, CRM, List Management, MS Products - Excel, Word, SharePoint, and reporting. Exempt staffing exposure a plus. Compensation: Competitive salary plus incentives Location: Onsite in South Bend, IN Travel: 25% (local travel, occasional overnight)
