We are looking for a proactive Marketing Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in preserving our personal care/beauty and dietary supplement brand's positive image and ensuring effective representation across diverse media platforms.

As a Marketing Associate, your main focus is on creating messages that appeal to our audience, keeping our brand's voice consistent across all platforms, protecting our brand's image through effective communication, and promote teamwork for optimal results.

---Duties---

Strategic Media Compliance Optimization

Identify and cultivate media leads for maintaining strong connections.
Craft and distribute press releases, pitches, and materials to enhance media visibility.
Ensure compliance with advertising laws and regulations in all communications.

International and Domestic Customer Support

Provide sales support through promotional materials and product information.
Oversee customer support operations for smooth resolution of inquiries and complaints.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales strategies.

Public Relations & Social Media Engagement

Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Implement strategic campaigns for promoting brand awareness and driving customer interaction.

Website Management and Marketing Coordination

Coordinate with developers for website updates and enhancements.
Ensure website content reflects brand messaging and aligns with marketing strategies.
Monitor website performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvements.

Content Development and Distribution

Create engaging copies for websites, social media, labels, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with international teams to support content localization and distribution.

Teamwork and Problem-Solving

Work well with others, helping and supporting when necessary.
Encourage open communication and cooperation within the team or between departments.
Share new ideas and solutions to solve problems and reach team objectives.
Adjust to changes in priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality work.

---Requirements---

Need E-commerce experience: Amazon, Shopify, eBay & Walmart platforms.
Possess front-end website design abilities.
Social Media: Content creation and advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
Know how to use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Confident in written and verbal communication skills, including Omnisend & Mailchimp.
Knowledge of FDA / GMP and Amazon guidelines for personal care products.
Proficiency in HTML coding is a plus

---Qualifications---

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Brand Management or any similar fields.

---Schedule---

Full-time
Monday Friday: 8 am- 4:30 pm
Potential for Overtime.
On-site work, no remote options.

---Compensation---

$18 - 21$/ hour DOE
