In this role you will be responsible for:
Managing a selected portfolio of mobility clients
Advising international clients on Mercer products and services across EMEA
Day-to-day client queries and basic content-related questions
Providing one-on-one demo/presentations on mobility platforms for clients
Delivering one-on-one trainings on methodology basics for clients
Providing sales support to consultants
Liaising with internal teams, e.g. Finance, Order Entry, Order Fulfilment to resolve client invoicing and order fulfilment queries
Preparation of membership contracts and addenda
Making sure clients expectations are met
Identifying and bringing forward to management information on ways to improve and streamline process and procedures to increase productivity
Our requirements:
1-2 years experience in a comp & ben and/or customer support environment
Fluent written and spoken English (C1), German would be an asset
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, assuming ownership of tasks and taking proactive approach to work
Proficient communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively across different levels of the organization (internally and externally)
Proficient in MS Office
Availability for a full-time position
