Marsh Romania is seeking experienced insurance brokers for the following position:

Construction/Energy Senior Risk Specialist

Marsh Brokerage Team in Bucharest



What can you expect?

In this role, you will report to Marsh Romania leadership and regional leadership and will be responsible with developing, building, and growing the practice, the implementation of strategies and talent management within Romania.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction/Energy Senior Specialist to join our Marsh Romania brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction/energy market and should be knowledgeable about the unique risks and challenges associated with this industry.

We will rely on you to:

Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and risk management strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction/energy sector
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our brokerage business in Romania
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery to clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes


What you need to have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction/energy market, with a focus on the risk management principles and knowledge of insurance products for the sector
Strong ability to sustain the relationship with clients
Ability to work in a competitive environment, under pressure and targets
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize numerous tasks
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Insurance brokerage certification or willingness to obtain it
Fluency in English and Romanian is required
