• To conducts established training programs in manufacturing or engineering processes.
• Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.

• Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely delivery of skill based, technical and development training experiences to support the current and long-term needs of the organization.

• Identify gaps in training/expectations of associates and leaders and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement training and development opportunities.

• Form relationships with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts, and the wider organization to execute needs and strategy of the business.

• Support front line leaders in operations maximizing the development of all Operations teams.

• Develop and conduct course assessments.
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm leading multi-module programs over extended periods of time.

• Quickly and accurately assess, coach and develop individuals throughout the learning process to ensure understanding.

• World class facilitation and curriculum delivery.

• Conduct evaluations and monitor success of participants and overall program.

• To train the students actual working environment and to gain practical knowledge and skills

• Fundamental understanding or exposure of ITI training and MSME working environment and practices
