We have an immediate need for Collision Auto Body Technicians in the following locations in Arizona.

1900 North Moonrise Drive, Camp Verde, AZ 86322

Position Title: Collision Technician
Department: Operations
Reports to: General Manager

Position Summary:
The Collision Technician repairs vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Kaizen Collision Centers S.O.P., insurance partner, and industry guidelines/standards.
Responsibilities:
Examines damaged vehicles and efficiently plans repair process.
Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle.
Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
Makes decisions on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
Attend/collaborate with the team during daily production meetings.
Stay up to date with required I-Car and Company Safety Training.

Requirements:
Ability to use frame machine.
Certification in body repair preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
I-CAR welding certified.
Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
Ability to supervise repair personnel.
Must be able to pass a thorough background check

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range :
- $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year with Commission for Flagstaff, AZ
- $24.00 to $28.00 per hour with Commission for Camp Verde & Sedona, AZ.
Salary depends on experience
