Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and articulate product benefits effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in the education sector or EdTech industry is a plus.
