Job DescriptionProject Leadership: Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals. Team Management: Lead and guide project teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment. Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and oversee tasks to meet deadlines and budgets. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth execution. Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through testing and validation. Change & Conflict Management: Handle changes and resolve conflicts while keeping projects on track. Technical Expertise: Utilize strong IT knowledge to make informed decisions and guide the team. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance, learn from each project, and apply insights to future endeavors. Job Types: Full-time.
