Responsible for managing the company’s critical SaaS infrastructure and capabilities and help scale and optimize the business processes and infrastructure. Detailed job duties include: Work with different teams to making sure that IT owned SaaS applications Databricks offers to the business are built for efficiency and scale; Administer SaaS applications like Google workspace, Slack, Github, Zoom, Atlassian, PagerDuty, Glean etc. and implement RBAC policies for these tools; Administer Okta including advanced configurations such as OIDC/Oauth, SCIM, Okta Workflows, and APIs; Work closely with the global IT support team defining processes and configurations that improve data integrity and predictability across Saas Systems; Provide Tier 3 support for IT support, partnering with IT support leads to understand trends and put solutions in place towards mitigating them through process or automation; Work with internal IT teams to support and implement advanced configurations for identity systems such as Okta, AD and Opal, implementing access controls for SaaS applications; Help define Service level agreement and processes working with IT support to streamline access requests and improve transaction transparency; Strive towards making the processes better to provide a smooth and automated user LCM experience; Evaluate, select, and implement collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, google workspace, Github, Pagerduty, Atlassian, zoom etc) that enhance communication and productivity within the organization; Manage, maintain, and optimize existing collaboration tools to ensure they are performing efficiently and meeting user needs; Implement and enforce security protocols and compliance standards to protect sensitive data shared through collaboration tools. ie. implementing STIGS for Slack, google workspace, Atlassian etc; Integrate collaboration tools with other IT systems to create a unified digital workplace; Provide technical support and training to IT support Teams on collaboration tools so they are empowered to troubleshoot issues, and address user concerns; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform IT due diligence for potential M&A targets, assessing their technology infrastructure and systems; Develop comprehensive IT integration plans for newly acquired companies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations; Lead the migration of IT systems, data, and applications from acquired companies into our existing infrastructure; Effectively communicate IT integration plans and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and M&A teams; Identify potential risks and challenges related to IT integration during M&A activities and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. $170,955 - $190,000 per year. Minimum job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or related field and at least five years of experience. Will accept Master’s degree plus three years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience. Must have experience in the following areas: Experience administering Okta including advanced configurations such as OIDC/Oauth, SCIM, cross tenant federation, Okta Workflows, and APIs; Experience administering Google Workspaces including advanced configurations such as Security management, domain wide delegated authentication and scopes, vault (legal hold use cases), bulk transactions leveraging API; Experience with Azure managing subscriptions and AAD; Experience managing collaboration tools such as Slack; Programming experience with at least one of the following languages: Python, node.js, or Golang.
