New openings for two Flexo Press Leads in Minneapolis, MN. Preference for narrow web flexo experience, but will consider wide web flexo and offset. Up to $38 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential for nights. Position is 36.75 hours and OT after 40 hours worked. Will supervise between 5-10 employees. Day Shift Hours: 5am-5:15pm Wed-Fri

Night Shift Hours: 5pm-5:15am Mon-Wed

Required: High School degree or equivalent

Required: Five or more years in printing experience; flexographic experience preferred, will consider wide web or offset experience

Required: Mechanical aptitude

Preferred: Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
