The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Role : Business Development Manager

Experience : 02-06 Years

Eligibility : Any Graduation or above with Sales & Marketing

Specialization

Package : Up to 06 LPA [+ Incentives]

Shift : 10:00AM to 07:00PM


Responsibilities :


Field sales, or outside sales, is the process by which companies visit leads and sell to them in person. Field sales representatives typically work for B2B and wholesale organizations whose sales processes rely on relationship-building and long-term contracts.


-Evaluating customers; requirements and pitching the relevant product effectively.

-Increase Sales and interact with existing clients regarding products and services.

-Establish and achieving goals are based on targets.

-Schedule meetings and conduct demos of products.

-Result Oriented and sales are driven.

-Track sales and forecast against the sales plan.

-Provide reports or any other territory intelligence to the reporting manager.


Required Skills :


  • Proven sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
