MARKETING MANAGER BASED IN QUEZON CITY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving total portfolio growth & preference amongst target consumers. He/She is responsible for developing the marketing strategy of total portfolio/brands and bringing strategy to life through commercial executions and communications. He/She is also. responsible for translating marketing strategy to sales plans, driving growth in key channels.

- Portfolio & Marketing Strategy
- Marketing Communications Development & Execution
- Translation of Marketing Strategy to Commercial plans for sales teams
- Consumer Journey Optimization across touchpoints
- Digital Marketing & Commerce Strategy to Execution

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Develop an in-depth understanding of consumers and competitors – the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments, channels, and target audience through the analysis of available data and information.
Support the formation of a strong brand strategy, including identification of gaps and growth opportunities within the market, clear brand differentiation, and well-crafted portfolio and mix, giving the brand both short- and long-term wins.
- Craft robust communication strategy for brand campaigns with convincing and appealing assets, delivering single minded messaging to consumers in the most effective channels for the target audience.
- Strategic project management, building project timelines and defining key milestones and responsibilities for effective progress and - OnTime in Full (OTIF) launches of marketing communications & executions.
- Translate marketing strategy and plans for commercial teams and close coordination with sales team to ensure executions aligned to strategy.
- Identify issues and opportunities in the consumer journey across different touchpoints and optimize for higher conversion & translation to sales.
- Close coordination with the commercial teams on marketing executions.
- Develop digital marketing strategy that optimizes online consumer journey and links offline to online with a seamless omni channel approach.
- Develop, monitor, and refine objectives for digital marketing, touchpoints, and platforms.
- Monitor ad performance on dashboard based on objectives set.
- Maximize digital channels to drive awareness & conversion.

- Graduate of any Business related or IT related course
- with at least 10 years’ experience in marketing and 5 years as Manager
- with experience in IT related industry specifically retail, e-commerce, and IT outsourcing
