We are looking to bring aboard licensed, respectful, and dedicated barbers with strong social skills and a passion for mens hair cutting. Applicants will be expected to provide consistent, quality hair cuts for both men and boys, as well as beard trims. Our shop offers scissor cuts, both regular and skin fades, flat tops, Mohawks, and hot towel shaves. Our objective as a shop is to prove consistency and outstanding customer service. Duties:
- Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, and shaves
- Provide personalized consultations to clients to determine their desired look
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering
- Utilize salon software (e.g., Vagaro) to schedule appointments and manage client information
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, answering phone calls, and handling payments

Requirements:
- Valid NJ barber license
- Experience in barbering preferred
- Familiarity with salon software (Vagaro) for appointment scheduling and client management (can train if necessary)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using tools such as straight razors for shaving
