SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for its manufacturing client in East Aurora, NY. The person will be responsible for identifying the optimal source of supply to meet the clients needs, ensuring the best value, on-time delivery, and high quality. Relocation assistance is provided for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing, cost and price analysis, and the creation of contracts or purchase orders.

Acquires comprehensive knowledge of the assigned commodity, market pricing, market composition, and market trends.

Engages in supplier development, assessing new suppliers, managing existing ones.

Furnish pricing information to support the development of cost proposals

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of Supply Chain experience

Bachelors degree In the field of supply management, engineering, business

Certified in Purchasing, Production, and Inventory Control, as well as Supply Chain Management
