Roles & Responsibilities:

• To lead the UAV projects in collaboration with the partner.
• Project Management including project proposals, communication, stakeholder management, project status reviews, problem solving and documentation.
• Hands-on work experience in design of engine components for unmanned aerial vehicles.
• Knowledge of various metallic and non-metallic (composites) materials used in aeronautical structures.
• Ability to verify physical / prototype models manufactured for modal/ structural/ vibrational aspects as per design parameters.
• Ability to run finite element analyses and generation of reports.
• To evaluate designs with regard to engineering principles, customer requirements and regulations in vogue.
• Produces and presents prototypes and models for proposed designs.
• Supplier management of engine / UAV development.
• Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project success and organizational technological growth.
• Work in collaboration with the development team and partners in providing customized solutions.
