Job Description: Senior Lecturer - Orthodontics

Position: Senior Lecturer - Orthodontics Salary Range: 20,000 to 35,000 Rupees per month (Based on qualifications and experience) Location: Modinagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lecturer in Orthodontics to join our reputable institution. As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in the education and development of future orthodontic professionals. Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions on orthodontics to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Design and update curriculum materials, including course outlines, lecture notes, and assessment tools, to ensure adherence to the latest orthodontic practices and advancements.
• Supervise and mentor students in their clinical and research work related to orthodontics.
• Provide guidance and support to students, offering constructive feedback on their academic progress and clinical skills.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of research projects and contribute to the scholarly activities of the department.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest developments and research in orthodontics.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and professionals to enhance the department's academic programs and initiatives.
• Contribute to the administrative tasks of the department, such as organizing workshops, seminars, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Orthodontics from a recognized institution is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a reputed dental college or institution.
• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in the field of orthodontics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and staff.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students in their learning and professional development.
• Proficiency in modern orthodontic techniques and technologies.
• Dedication to academic excellence, research, and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Registration with the relevant dental governing body or council.
