Initiating a search for a Senior Financial (FP&A) Analyst for a well-positioned, mid-sized+, multi-site/multi-state growing manufacturing company. Position will:
- Complete and distribute anlaysis for monthly financial reviews (sales, product mix, conversion costs, labor, and warranty analysis)
- Review weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI data to understand trends and help analyze root causes
- Identify and capture opportunities to drive profitable growth and improved gross margin and segment income
- Support the plant(s) management team(s) in analysis and commentary of the drivers behind variances against budget and forecasts
- Review production variances (materials & labor) with management and help drive to root cause
- Participate in Kaizen and CI initiatives and actively identify opportunities to improve financial performance
- Review CI initiatives financial forecasts and actuals
Position will be heavily involved with and have touchpoints across several manufacturing facilities/the organization.
