Currently seeking an Account Executive to help a local Oklahoma City company grow their national presence. The ideal candidate will have fully-funded group insurance sales or account management experience.
Responsibilities of the Group Benefits Consultant
- Retain current clients, and create new relationships
- Provide superior customer service
- Organize and conduct client meetings
- Manage carrier changes
Requirements of the Group Benefits Consultant
- 8+ years of experience with fully-insured employee benefit sales/account management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Compensation for the Group Benefits Consultant
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
