Use observability to identify and resolve bottlenecks and improve overall performance levels of the Optimized System Performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement observability solutions, ensuring that systems are stable, reliable, and performant. Instrument the BTs for various types of applications like Java, .Net, Netcore, NodeJs, Python, and ReactJS. Implement AppDynamics BRUM to help identify the root cause of application and browser issues in a timely manner. Create synthetic jobs that check the user’s journey (including activities like Login, operations). Implement analytics reports for applications like Hybris, Guide Ware, and Mulesoft, to get real time insights and determine specific performance issues. Write Terraform scripts to automate the build provision resources in AWS and Azure cloud, Openshift, and PCF clouds. Build customized dashboards based on complex ADQL queries. Work with Ansible, Terraform, TFS, Putty for Linux operations, BIQ, ADQL, NRQL, Splunk, New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, HP OMW, OMI, AWS cloud watch, Open Telemetry, Elastic Search for Observability solutions, Confluence, MoogSoft, Pagerduty, Bigpanda, Jira, Java, and Python.
