Lioher Enterprise Corp. Is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Auburndale, FL. Duties include: Assembly and commissioning of production lines, according to the company quality standards including patented manufacturing process on edgebanding, surface coating, and melamine pressing. Wemhoner, IMA Schelling, Superfici, SCM, Heesemann or Homag. Inspect, test, and monitor work areas, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards, adaptation to OSHA, American Electrical Code, and imperial system units. Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures. Conduct worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use. Compute and estimate costs of factors such as materials, labor, or outside contractors. Develop, implement, or evaluate maintenance policies and procedures. Participates in budget preparation and administration, coordinating purchasing and documentation and monitoring departmental expenditures. Creates a portfolio of local providers and contractors. Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance to ensure adequate working conditions. Create safety and accident prevention plans. Requirements: High school, or foreign equivalent, and 2 years of experience as a maintenance manager. Proven experience working with edge banding, surface coating, and melamine pressing.
