Job Description
Preach the gospel to the youth group; Pastor the youth group to live their lives according to the teachings of the Bible; Preside over worship services, prepare and preach sermons, lead weekly bible studies, and facilitate prayer meetings; Minister to the youth ministry regularly; Teach the Bible and the Christian truths; Guide the youth group to have fellowship with each other; Devote time to prayer for youth group who are non-believers and evangelize them; Work with the Senior Pastors and other ministers with the content and tone of the youth group worship services; Develop curriculum for small group Bible studies; Educate volunteer small group leaders who lead Bible studies using the curriculum; and Provide group lessons and individual counseling to the youth members.
