Job Summary
A candidate with 10+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration in a production environment, Knowledge of database migrations is preferred.

Technical Skills:
Strong experience with configuration and advance features of SQL Server 2008, SQL 2012, SQL 2016, SQL 2019
Handson Experience with database migration and maintenance on AWS.
Solid skills in database performance tuning, optimizing queries and stored procedures.
Strong experience with SQL Server clusters with multiple nodes on each cluster, mirroring, logshipping, always-on and other methods of disaster recovery
Migration of SQL Server databases from one platform to another
Experience with SSIS packages and SSRS
Knowledge of SAN, data loading, security, capacity planning, backup and recovery
Experience in database auditing and financial industry experience is a plus.

Certifications Needed:
MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Admin SQL server DBA)/ MCSE will be plus
AND/OR
AWS certified
