Mind Body Program is in search of an independent contractor on a full or part time basis. Work remotely. All referrals provided. LCSW, LPC, MFCC, Ph.D, Psy.D Licensed Clinical Social Worker or any other licensable mental health degree accepted. Candidates with an NPI, CAQH #, and are credentialed on insurance panels preferred. Pay will be based on a contracted percentage of weekly receivables ranging from 60%-90%. Work as much or as little as you want. Get paid weekly. Earn $60-$90 per hour. Create your own schedule.
