Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
5-8 years progressive management experience in Information Technology.
3-5 years experience in infrastructure, network, security, and server management.
3-5 years experience in managing help desk tickets and resources for efficient time to resolution.
3-5 years experience in managing technology in multi-site environment.
Experience in managing compute infrastructure including data center environment, server virtualization, networking, firewalls, cloud and backup, provisioning and management automation, and monitoring.
Experience in managing corporate IT including mixed Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Cybersecurity, and integration with Enterprise applications.
Experience in driving digital transformation and managing change.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to interact with people throughout the organization levels and disciplines.
Ability to motivate and influence others, authentic & trustworthy, foster sound relationships, present a trustworthy/diplomatic image, and engage effectively with others.
Strong sense of urgency and work ethic, outstanding client service and interpersonal skills.
Cisco CCNA or CCNP is preferred.
