IFSL is listed on Indias largest Stock Exchange BSE Limited Role Description This is a full-time Executive Manager : Merchant Banking Division role located in Ahmedabad. As an Executive Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the company's corporate and Merchant banking affairs. This includes maintaining statutory records, preparing and filing legal documents, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and supporting the Team in Merchant banking Decision. Qualifications Company secretary Additional: Bachelor's degree in.
