Job Description

Project Role : Sales Lead Project Role Description : Drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure. Must have skills : Sales Pursuit Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Bachler or master degree Key Reponsibilities : Shape, sell and close small deals both single or multi service. Close sales opportunities resulting in profitable sales growth by leading opportunities from qualification to deal close using deep sales process skills and expertise in Accentures offerings. Play a critical role in supporting origination of large opportunities. Lead early stage positioning with clients and develop and execute the origination strategy along with CAL teams to identify and qualify specific opportunities. Technical Experience : Shape, sell and close small deals that are single or multi service. with a focused approach. Lead deal as overall sales capture lead, or lead a component of a larger deal. Lead the sales team and work closely with the CAL or CAL team and relevant SMEs. Develop and manage win strategy, negotiation strategy and close plan. Understand Accenture assets, offerings and methodologies to frame clients issues and build industry expertise. Professional Attributes : Lead sales opportunities for small deals less than 5m dollar and drive to closure, Focus on opportunities that have a compelling value proposition to the client and are profitable to Accenture. Articulate Accenture differentiation with the focus on creating 360 degree value to client. Proactively generate and build client relationships that aid origination of new opportunities
