Role: Jira Admin/Developer Duration: 12+ months contract Location: DMV areas- Hybrid Job Description Technical resources for Configuration and Development Experience of designing and managing large scale JIRA deployments in software development environments using agile. Set up, customize, and manage Jira projects, workflows, schemes, fields, screens, and permissions. Create and maintain user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions. Install, upgrade, and integrate Jira with other applications and plugins. Monitor and optimize Jira performance, security, and backup. Provide training, documentation, and guidance to Jira users. Analyse and report on Jira usage and metrics. Work Jira/Atlassian suite tickets submitted by employees. Identify and implement improvements and enhancements for Jira functionality and user experience.
