We are looking for a full-time home health nurse with a supportive team that equips, empowers, and supports you. This job will allow you to further your gift as a caregiver with lots of opportunities. advance your career.

Type of Work:
Create care plans
Educate and counsel families
Provide specialized nursing care
Requirements:
Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of KY.
Minimum one year direct patient care required.
Minimum one year home health experience strongly preferred.
Reliable transportation and company required auto liability insurance.
