AVAYA TELEPHONY ENGINEER

W2 CONTRACT - GC/USC

NEW YORK, NY (on site 3-5 days per week)

We are looking for a Telecom/Network Engineer in the New York City market to provide support for our client's traders on their current Turret telephony platform. This role will be in the office 3 to 5 days a week onsite at 320 Park Ave Manhattan, NY 10022.

• We need a candidate that is familiar with voice products for traders such as Speakerbus turrets who is able to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose issues.


• They should also be familiar with network topology and troubleshooting of Cisco equipment that is installed in that office.

Skills:

• Avaya Telephony Experience


• Turret and Hoot N Holler Infrastructure experience (preferably Speakerbus)


• Overall network routing and switching experience (CCNA and Cisco Products preferred)

Education: BS or equivalent experience
