REMOTE WORK FROM HOME POSSIBLE

Support product development initiatives and filing with the departments of insurance for commercial lines insurance products.

*** Research competitor product offerings for potential inclusion in company product suite.

*** Develop products added to product suite, particularly related to policy language and forms.

*** Prepare product filing of policy, certificate, amendments, and related forms.

*** Assemble insurance product filings to state insurance departments for submission.

*** Request extensions, re-submissions, and withdrawals with close attention to deadlines and restrictions.

*** Execute state filings activities for personal lines products in the System for Electronic Rates & Forms Filing (SERFF) and I-File.

*** Respond to state objections and criticisms.

*** Complete state filing certifications, readability memos, and other related filing transmittals.

*** Support additional areas as needed to achieve full compliance and reach team performance goals.

*** Distribute approved rate, rule, and form materials to internal and external partners.

*** Provide system specifications applicable to new and revised forms to IT team and support implementation.

*** Support initiatives to comply with regulatory requirements impacting the product filing and approval of group policies or certificates for personal lines products.

*** Respond to inquiries from Quality Assurance and Operations.
