- Contribute to performance management protocols, including performance evaluations and constructive feedback mechanisms.
- Diligently maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Play a significant role in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Spearheaded the organization and participation in engaging employee events and activities.
- Remain current on the latest HR best practices and employment laws.
