Full Job Description: Position Overview: Seeking a part-time expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to provide service offerings and end user support. This on-call role entails 5-15 hours per week for 6 months with potential for growth. Top Skills & Years of Experience: Extensive Experience and Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Features and Support. Knowledge of coding, specifically with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS. Experienced in production support and problem solving for Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Service Cloud Integrations. Be able to work directly with business/production owners on priorities and balancing work loads. Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to simply explain technical topics to a non-technical audience. Duties Include: Train and support BHSP on MC features, including Journey Builder, data extensions, permissions, and more. Identify solutions for complex problems, update automatic sends, configure features, and assist with AMPscript. Create training resources and consult on MC best practices. Conduct root cause analysis and perform audits to ensure integration with Service Cloud. Skills Required: Extensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise. Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS. Experience in training facilitation and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and production support experience. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other Salesforce products, such as Tableau.
